Sadly not surprising. My partner works in hospital admin/management and minimal measures were taken until months after lockdown started. Social distancing was impossible, and no emphasis given to following government guidelines.

Tragic tho this story is and devastating for this gentleman. The fact remains that the treatment of being put into a coma, ventilated and intubated is highly risky and can damage both heart and lungs and other organs. God bless him and his family.

When I had COVID I phoned them and a patronising person told me I didn’t have it!

Keep strong this should never happen in uk 111must be closed,

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SOCIAL DISTANCING THAT IS JUST WANK INVENTED BY THE RICH

My heart goes out to him and to his family too after what must have been months of worry. This article ought to be read by everyone who thinks covid is “just the flu.” 😔

oh the irony...

No access to sexual health, no access to mental health. Just getting to the opticians is a nightmare.
