NH Cab Driver Says Sexual Contact Was Consensual

- Eva Lang never gave a second thought to hailing a cab, but now the Goffstown, N.H. woman says she will.This comes after a local cabbie has been charged with kidnapping and raping a 21-year-old woman leaving a bar in Manchester last Friday night.

Police say the driver for Manchester Taxi was called to club Drynk after the alleged victim told police she had five vodka martinis and had gotten kicked out of the bar. But instead of making the 40 minute drive to Concord, Police say Al Dulaimi told the woman he couldn't find her address on his GPS and After some back and forth brought the woman to his apartment in Manchester.The victim says the next thing she clearly remembers is waking up naked in Al Dulaimi's bath tub the next morning, with him washing her hair. But Al Dulaimi says that's not what happened at all.

"Its the offender who is taking advantage of them and we want to make sure they know they shouldn't be ashamed or embarrassed if they have been impaired in any way," said Sgt. Taylor
