The government is considering delaying the 2021 summer exams in England in order to allow for additional teaching time to make up for lessons lost to school closures during the pandemic.
So yet again y12 get shafted? The traditional going away with friends before expensive holiday season, out the window, having to keep going for longer (the vast majority have worked all the way through lockdown), fewer uni places, shorter summer break etc etc
I should think so. IMO they should hold back every school year and reception class should start in 2021.
