Newcastle United could now accept £25m Yankuba Minteh bid

Top clubs in Italy and Germany have registered an interest in signing the Gambia international once the transfer window reopens.

Minteh, who joined the north-east giants last summer from Danish side Odese, scored 10 goals and laid on six assists in 27 Eredivisie appearances for Feyenoord last season. The winger made a strong impression on loan at Feyenoord last season as he helped them secure a second-place finish in the Eredivisie and lift the Dutch Cup under new Liverpool boss Arne Slot.
