New Sainsbury's store opens on waterfront

The supermarket is the first retail chain supermarket of its kind within Liverpool Waters, an enormous £5bn development led by Peel L&P, which plans to bring a range of residential, commercial, office and leisure space to the city’s north docks.

The Sainbsury's Local will help support the more than 2,000 residents living within Liverpool Waters as well as hundreds of workers and a year-round events programme.
