Govt needs to be held to account. What data on infections & the associated demographics is MattHancock basing these local lockdowns on. Why blanket lockdowns? Is the rise in infections in specific clusters with no contact to the majority community being placed in lockdown?

These restrictions are stupid, impossible to police. Rules and comms need to be simple otherwise they have no practical use
