First time round, people were scared and everyone panicked. This time round, we know better and now the government are trying to scare us when they know this is all bullshit. The more of us that stick two fingers up to this, the less chance they can control us!

But not if I break self-isolation to go to Barnard Castle, right?

I miss the olden days of 2019 were all you had to write about in the media from September to March was it might snow and plunge the temperature to freeze us all to death 🙄😂

I'm a cardio patient, first lockdown was never told to self isolate and still not seen a gp or hospital consultant to say if I should or not, I did isolate a little but with no fam to help I still had to shop, laundrette. Do I mask up and carry on like last time or self isolate

Cummings revenge.

No one will going out that is for sure.. Say good bye to all business I guess. and say hi to online diver .

New fines of up to £10,000 for coronavirus sufferers who fail to self-isolate‘We need to do all we can to control the spread of this virus, to prevent the most vulnerable people from becoming infected, and to protect the NHS and save lives’ Unless your name is Cummings presumably That will just put people off being tested and they probably can’t afford to be out of work not everyone has the financial means it’s a tough choice for people in need especially migrants who don’t qualify for support feeling this will cause more problems that it will solve This is very scary! I visited 2 venues in Bolton (now under enhanced lockdown measures) that both had outbreaks, yet nobody contacted me. So, track & trace is *broken* in my experience, yet from 1 future phone call, we're gonna be told to isolate for 28 days or get fined 😠

The new road rage: bitter rows break out over UK’s low-traffic neighbourhoodsAs barriers and signs go up to stop rat runs and promote cycling and walking, communities are deeply divided over the benefits I’m no environmentalist but there should be a 2 car-per-household law brought in. Roads are simply being overloaded. You could even make a case for 1 car per household. What I don’t get about this, is why can’t people just shut up and accept there are too many people in the same space? Nobody has the right to just cut about in your car whenever you want. Or..... do you charge £2,000 or something a year for a licence, which I’ve always thought. No idea how it would be regulated but how about a maximum mileage limit per person. There could be a market in unused miles, therefore incentivising those who drive less or not at all.
