House of Lords will vote on proposal to ensure MPs have an opportunity to vote in the weeks before the Halloween deadline

Johnson was sacked from The Times newspaper in the late 1980s after he fabricated a quote from his godfather, the historian Colin Lucas, for a front-page article about the discovery of Edward II’s Rose Palace. “The trouble was that somewhere in my copy I managed to attribute to Colin the view that Edward II and Piers Gaveston would have been cavorting together in the Rose Palace,” he claimed. MPs have worked very hard to remove power from the electorate and thwart the majority wish to leave the EU. Funny how they don't like it when their wish to frustrate democracy is potentially frustrated.

You go for it boris ! Drain the swamp 👍🇬🇧

They are a disgrace!!

Have I missed something?, has Boris Johnson been chosen to be our Prime Minister already? Why on earth are these MPs being allowed to be so consistently disruptive and frustrating the democratic process.

Stop BJ becoming PM full stop!

If parliament allow this to happen, then Britain has no moral or constitution right to dictate or lecture other countries about democratic legitimacy of any sort.

Disgraceful.

Take him hostage quick! (Jokes)
