A £3m project will be launched in London in an effort to cut youth reoffending.

The pilot's being funded by the Ministry of Justice and the Mayor of London's office and could be rolled out in England and Wales if it works.criticised England and Wales' prison service. I think that this hub is very much part of that.""The hub will start in July, it'll work over the next two years or so."From that, we can then roll it out more widely across England and Wales."

National service should be re introduced. My lad actually did a survey in his college amongst 16 to 18 year olds and they were up for it. Especially the girls.

The youth commit crime because they’re bored. 3 million won’t touch anything.

Or put money into creating a future of optimism and oppertunity. Millions are doing there best in their lives but get nothing in return
