Kate Hudson 's fans got a first glimpse of her new Netflix comedy series during the streamer's 2024 Upfront presentation on Wednesday.Both women were on hand to promote the upcoming series at the showcase held at Manhattan's Pier 59 Studios.
Kate Hudson and Mindy Kaling revealed first-look photos on Wednesday at Netflix's 2024 Upfront presentation for their 10-episode basketball comedy Running Point 'Ambitious and often overlooked, Isla will have to prove to her skeptical brothers, the board, and the larger sports community that she was the right choice for the job, especially in the unpredictable, male-dominated world of sports,' the synopsis read.
The Other Two star Drew Tarver appears as Kate's brother Sandy, who serves as the chief financial officer for the Waves. Though he's notably terrible at sports, he may have the smarts to get the team out of the red and back into the black. The cast is rounded out with Fabrizio Guido, Toby Sandeman, Keyla Monterroso Mejia, Roberto Sanchez, Uche Agada and Dane DiLiegro.
