Disgraceful.

An angry neighbour has been put in their place after they threatened to clamp a police car as officers attended the home of a 94-year-old burglary victim.

They were so stunned they tweeted a picture of the handwritten note, along with an explanation of why they were parked there.The note read: ‘This car park is for residents only.

I think the primary offender of this article should probably be the burglar rather than the author of the note.
