This is incorrect. The report says he told investigators that they were swimming, and that he got back on the boat but she did not. Nothing stated that he saw her “vanish underwater”. Please check your facts NayaRivera

Accidents happen. Not everything has to be a conspiracy. Sometimes it's just a case of 'wrong place, wrong time'. Very tragic and sad. And a horrible loss for her little boy.
Why is life so cruel? This little boy will forever remember this and to loose your mum is just something I can't even begin to put in a sentence.

All it takes is an enemy, a diver wearing weights, and a few minutes. You don't know what happened to her and the police are too chickenshit to chase that kind of money. They'll say whatever and the coroner will back them. You don't know. Maybe never will.

I feel so sorry for the kid. What on earth was the mother thinking of taking a 4 year old on a large lake . Would have been better somewhere there were lifeguards and the child would still have a mom.

Judging from the photos of that boat - it looks like it could difficult getting back into the boat with the sides being high so unless you were fit and strong an able to lift your body weight from the water i doubt you'd be able to make it back 🙁
