Well, yes. He deserves it - just because he is the chief. You know, just like Jacob Zuma or Mrs Mugabe.

paullewismoney How many more power-outs around the country would he have had to deliver not to get bunced with this ludicrous bonus?

How many of you crying about this also hate Corbyn? You reap what you sow

If they can afford to give one person that much of a pay rise, they should also be able to cut our bills. But they won't.

Does that include the blackout recently, that happened in the south of England?

paullewismoney Disgusting

paullewismoney Questions need to be urgently asked

If they're so good why aren't the round sorting my trip switch. It's their flipping meter. The cunt that installed the new meter bypassed I think.

Yep. He was very talented at screwing us all over.

paullewismoney Thatcherism working as intended I see.

Nuts!

£1,000,000 rise. What a total con the Thatcher era privatisation was. All of the infrastructure for Water, Gas, electricity, railways, roads, telecommunications still remained publicly funded. Now just about all of the “suppliers” are foreign states and corporations.

and when people get really hungry they're going to eat the rich zombie apocalypse coming to a mansion near you

paullewismoney Capitalism is broken.

I wonder if they made this decision themselves, he's paid someone to give them a hint, or he just told them that he wants payrise

paullewismoney Wasn’t there a huge failure this month

Absolutely ridiculous!!

Revealed: How the Home Office makes millions a week from outsourcing visas to Dubai-based firm accused of exploitationExclusive: UK government made £438.1m in the last year alone after outsourcing operations to a Dubai-based firm that has been deluged with complaints For God's sake, fix this My wife missed her induction week for her masters and had to give up on doing it because we are yet to hear back from them...2 months after applying. And have paid over $100 to email and call them on the phone to enquire with no avail. It’s 100% cash grab. The problem with making a profit in visa is one of conflict of interest. Conflict between turning down applicants and making a profit from them. My experience is that in 1995 it was harder but cheaper to get approval than now. Hence more immigrants
