A teenager's dream gap year has turned into a nightmare

Yet just three weeks into her South American journey, 18-year-old Tatiana Hoogewerf’s travels have taken an intrepid turn. She and a school friend are trapped in Santa Cruz in Bolivia, where the lockdown is so strict that you can only leave the house to buy food once a week.
