Why is this allowed to happen to people in a rich country like Britain , people living in such terrible conditions that make them ill and people who already have illnesses having to live in mould filled flats with leaking ceilings and landlords and housing firms turn do nothing

I would get a bottle if bleach and wipe it daily it wint silver the problem but it will clear it temporally. Dont pile up things gs next to the mould .... FFS it wouldn't spread over night

But don't worry your tax money went to house immigrants in proper housing
