A MUM who had sex with her son's 14-year-old pal after a boozy birthday party has been cleared after claiming she believed the boy was over 18.
The 33-year-old then sat on top of the boy at the end of the party and they had sex on the sofa before she performed a sex act on him the next morning. She has now been found not guilty of two counts of sexual activity with a child following a trial at Warwick Crown Court. After the bash ended, she was left with the teenager and his pal as they watched TV in the living room.Abell got under a blanket with him and "touched him sexually" when his friend left the room.Afterwards, the boy went upstairs but "at her instigation", there was further sexual activity when he returned to Abell the next morning.
