MP tells police as she's stopped: 'It's like you can't drive around while black'

The former shadow equalities minister can be heard telling an officer that ‘we should be able to drive wherever we want’, after being stopped by Met Police on Sunday.

She can be heard saying in the video: ‘I am concerned about the reason for the stop… If you are just profiling people who are driving outside of their area I think that’s a ridiculous reason to stop’.Advertisement

There’s nothing about this exchange that does anything to the police just to her. The only one interested in the colour of peoples’ skin was her, as it gives her a platform to spout nasty, divisive rubbish about the police. So on message with BLM but I thought she was Labour...
