A hospital trust in Nottingham is being asked to explain what changes it’s made after an inquest found failings in the treatment of a five-year-old girl who died.The hospital says they have made a"number of changes" since her death.

Let me tell you as a Dr the difficulty with sepsis and children. Viral infections which almost every kid has can mimick the same signs, high HR, temp etc. Do we send all kids for blood tests? There's no quick simple test currently. It's sad, no Dr wants to miss this.
Cld the inadequate treatment be b/cos of the child's disability?
