Armed Russian authorities can be seen running through snow and flowing water as they catch up with the terrorist, who is believed to be part of an ultra-brutal sect of ISIS. Several features from both videos match up, including facial features of the terror suspect, the clothes he is wearing and the bald-spot on the back of his head.
