CORONAVIRUS-infected mink have spread the bug to two people in Europe's first possible cases of animal-to-human transmission, warn officials in the Netherlands.
The mink, which were tested after showing signs of having trouble breathing, were believed to have been infected by employees who had the virus, the agriculture ministry said. Carola Schouten admitted that earlier advisories from her office that people could infect animals, but not the other way around, was wrong.
Schouten repeated that the country’s health department believes the risk of animal-to-human transmission of the virus outside the farms on which they are kept is “negligible".On three of the four infected properties, the source of infection has been shown to be a sick human, while the fourth is still under investigation, the minister said.
Nice people always finish last! This guy want to be fair and bought both his wife and mistress a mink coat each. Now they are both mad at him had to live in hotel room :))
I hope the mink bit the person wearing the fur coat 🧥
Не круто..
Its a joke!
Indirakkdi All mammals - in principle - can have the same corona-virus. It is VERY IMPORTANT in a country like India to vaccinate all domestic animals like cows etc. First is randomly test animals, mostly mammals in high infection areas.
About time this disgusting fur trade stopped.
Wearing mink coats infects with Corona? Wtf?
Its really simple, we should NOT be breeding animals in cages for their fur. It's cruel and unnecessary. It now also appreas to be a way of spreading this virus.
Smoktunowicz,gdzie kupowałaś te futerka ?

MaryceChan Who the hell wears mink these days?
