'Too soon' to reopen primary schools on Monday, warns NEU

Union leaders have accused the government of"making it up as they go along" as it emerged that guidance to reopen schools has been revised 41 times since early May., said it was"too soon" to reopen primary schools on Monday and called for a delay until 15 June.

The govt. hasn't a clue. Schools will just have to ignore the, consult with parents and teachers and use common sense according to local circumstances. No decision will please everybody. In most cases the majority will be right but tolerance and empathy is needed as well.

So what? I've worked on projects where the layout of a school has changed almost as many times. Reviewing, feedback and adapting is a good thing. 'Accused of making it up as they go along'... Pretty everyone is at the moment 😂
