A 90s Britpop singer has reflected on his band's success and revealed how he now believes he has found the "secret to happiness".
“I was a stay at home dad for my two kids, but when they were both at school and it was time for me to kind of think about a new career, I was really lost. Because the only thing that I’d really ever known was music and I was quite down. I was anxious about going out and doing something differently.”
“It's actually really, really tough on human psychology and the human body. And a lot of the time, the way people cope with it is through alcohol and drugs.” He added: “The stress and demands that I was putting on myself to get qualified to get this new career, it was too much.” Dr Sice hopes by showing the two parts of him, he will make mental health more understandable for people.
