The not fit for purpose civil service again. Whether it be the Passport office, DVLA, foreign office, etc etc they are stuck in the past, resist to change and efficiency improvements. you won't find the rag dare to criticise its masters in the Civil service union's
It took the full 5 days to get my replacement debit card after I reported it lost on Sunday. In the past it was normally there max 3 days after. Not even heard about our passport status for the past 2 weeks. Indeed things are going badly here.
