Mel B gives a BRUTALLY honest review of the food on Saturday Kitchen

Joining host Matt Tebutt as the celebrity guest on the BBC show, Mel didn't hold back as she gave her brutal review of the food as she tried her best to avoid eating it and complained about the fat on the bacon.And while the Spice Girl had hoped for her food heaven of ox cheek and sprouts, instead she received her hell: stodgy carbonara.

Receiving her food hell, carbonara, host Matt Tebutt began to tell viewers how he conjured up the dish, before he was interrupted by Mel making vomitting noises in the backgroundShe asked: 'You see that has that tingy ugh thing, what's it called that thing that has that really bitter taste?''Horrible,' passionately exclaimed Mel as she added: 'I just want some nice iceberg lettuce, keep it simple, with salad cream'.

She then added: 'You didn't cut the fat off the bacon, look at that!' as she held up some meet on her fork. And while the show appeared to end on a sour note, it didn't begin on the best one either, after Matt confirmed they didn't have the sprouts available in the kitchen even if Mel did get her food heaven.Mel then confirmed: 'So I've got dauphinoise', to which Matt replied: 'Well no not quite, you've got potatoes cooked down in milk I only have eight minutes to cook.
