Megan Fox has shared an epic throwback picture of Shia LaBeouf on the set of Transformers in 2006.
‘Once upon a time 13 summers ago,’ she captioned the snap of a then 20-year-old Shia who was posing for the camera in front of his character’s yellow Camaro as he recreated Megan’s now infamous stance in the film, with his top knotted and his hip popped, giving the camera an epic smize. A wire can be seen falling across his torso in the snapshot and Megan and Shia’s co-star, Tyrese Gibson, took notice, writing on Instagram: ‘Ha! Shia quick your wire is showing lol.’Megan and Shia starred as loved-up couple Sam Witwicky and Mikaela Banes in the series, battling robots to save the world from mass destruction.
They starred in the first film in 2007 as well as the 2009 follow-up, Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen.But although Megan was set to star alongside Shia in the third installment she was reportedly fire for claiming that working with director Michael Bay was like working for Adolf Hitler.‘Criticism is one thing. Then there’s public name-calling, which turns into high school bashing. Which you can’t do. She started shit-talking our captain,’ Shia later told GQ of Megan’s comments.
