Meet the team GB mums going for gold in the Olympics:

Us mums are pretty incredible if we do say so ourselves, so it's no surprise to know that some of the team GB athletes competing in the olympics are mums themselves.

It’s no secret that our bodies go through a lot when we become mums, and from carrying a child to giving birth, our bodies can change a lot after we have a baby, so it’s understandable why there aren’t many mums competing in the olympics. However, to celebrate this year’s 2020 Tokyo Olympics, we wanted to shine a light on the phenomenal mums competing this year.GB rower Helen was very proud to return to her sport after having three children saying, “it’s about showing my children, other parents and other kids that it’s possible.” Her return makes her the first ever mum to be selected for the GB rowing team.

How GB sports fared in Tokyo relative to their fundingHow Great Britain fared sport-by-sport at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games relative to their funding. The denigrating innuendo begins by the BBC paparazzi team. They only have a year to try to destroy as many medal winners reputations, so they will work hard. After all, it is not good anti British propaganda rhetoric to have a successful British Team, is it? It's a good strategy, target sports like swimming, rowing, cycling, diving, dressage, show jumping not available to most poorer countries and then add lots to funding. Finding cost c £5m per medal.
