McDonald's new loyalty scheme means there's free food up for grabs

That might be about to change though, as McDonald's has launched a new rewards scheme where customers can claim free food. You'll get 100 points for every £1 you spend on McDonald's food and there are 15 freebies available to collect.1,500 points will earn you a mini McFlurry, a small portion of fries, a regular McCafé, a side salad, a hash brown, or a £1.50 charity donation.

It's super easy to take part in the scheme – all you need to do is download the MyMcDonald's app. You can then order and pay for your food through the app, and any points will be automatically collected.
