PM forced to seek extension of article 50 as No 10 admits it is too late to leave with a deal

Theresa May will be forced to write to EU leaders on Wednesday and beg them to delay Brexit, with her cabinet deadlocked over the best way out of what Downing Street now concedes is a “crisis”.

The farce continues. What sane person would expect any greater change in the coming three months than has happened in the previous three ?

I would gladly accept May's deal over no deal.

Reading the Irish press on Brexit - reveals huge gaps in our discourse eg EU elections and UK holding hostage budget talks for more concessions if the extension is long. Obvious now, but no mention in UK side of ext. disc. We’re crashing out next wk.

Her strategy has failed , two years of negotiating a divorce deal have been wasted and now UK is at the mercy of EU ruling .
