Matthew Clarke insists his full focus is on helping Linfield complete a trophy treble this season as speculation mounts over his future.
Clarke said: "I am just concentrating on performing on the pitch and then everything else looks after itself. We are in the middle of a massive run in and I can't afford to allow any distractions get in the way. So I am just tunnel vision at the minute. Clarke is in his testimonial year at Linfield. He considers his longevity at Windsor Park as being one of his proudest achievements in football.
Linfield head into Friday night's Irish Cup showdown with Glentoran on the back of the international break. Clarke admits it was time to "reset" ahead of a crunch run-in. "We finish our domestic season, and then we are back about five weeks later. The full-time element has been good. The transition probably went better than everyone expected.
