Worst minister ever

The Conservatives will ensure it comes here quickly so it's just one long first wave and they can boast that BorisJohnson was so good at managing the crisis that the UK had no 2nd wave. I'm sure he will take the time to boast about it himself, the PR person's for bad news only.

The first wave never stopped so it's just continuing

And if that is the case, what’s the U.K. gov doing about preventing a second hit? T&T still doesn’t work!

Has the initial wave ended?

From the man who's government failed to see there was a first wave coming, and didn't lockdown and set a quarantine for incoming airline passengers before the Cheltenham Festival. Maybe they'll get it right this time, although I'm not hopeful they will.

'The dark death comes from those foreigners abroad and is in no way linked to any sort of domestic shambolic mismanagement. Also, ONS data shows UK numbers higher than European numbers because the UK is closer, so the numbers look bigger.'

Where as the first wave in the UK hasn't been controlled yet.

1st wave 2nd wave Mexican wave?

It is still the first wave. It hasn’t stopped.

A lot worse in Red states, Republican run states

U.K. is still in the first wave.

Although the Viral load is negligible, as Spain's 14 deaths in 13 days backs up.

Would you want to leave your wife and family in Europe whilst you stay in the UK? If what he says is true? JustAsking FamilySafetyPriorityDad ?

Luckily, we’re still in our first wave.

Another Cummins con trick coming up, shift the blame to anyone except the useless Tories

Its too early to talk about a 2nd wave. It might be still the 1st wave.

It comes and goes in Waves. The one that stays, Does more damage.

Sh!t

Presumably the govt will do nothing for the next six weeks then panic, lie, obfuscate and come up with more silly slogans.

As I just read a tweet that we had hundreds and Spain had virtually F-all

The joke’s on them, we just went for ONE BIG WAVE.

Another wave of bullshit as the government tries to suppress the fact the UK still has the highest death toll in Europe.

Blame Everyone But Us Tories! Second highest rate in the world but look at Spain! Look anywhere but here! torycunts

Yet again talking about number of cases, not % of positive cases. Test more find more, simple concept. Spain's are artificially high as well due to including antibody tests.

'Second wave' Resurgence.

PM's 'second wave' fears, and airport test callsBoris Johnson's warning of a 'second wave' of coronavirus features on many front pages. We fear a second wave under this PM and the muppet cabinet. Clearly Cummings is out of his depth, where does that leave Boris. Infection Rate plus 600,000 U K. brits over there on holiday at the moment Pity BorisJohnson wasn't as worried about the first wave
