The 60-year-old from Warrington is renowned for his role as a presenter on Homes Under the Hammer. Martin has been part of the show since the beginning and he revealed it is about to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
To mark the occasion, Martin has confirmed each presenter will be partnered with a celebrity fan for a special edition. In the clip, he said: "It's a special day today because its 20 years of Homes Under the Hammer and we are celebrating it. We're being paired up with somebody who has an affiliation with the show. I'm in Bristol and they've paired me up with someone really special." Martin was honoured as he revealed he has been paired with Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen. He said: "How absolutely amazing? Somebody who I was watching on Changing Rooms when I was doing Wish You Were Here, who almost started the genre of property shows like this."
Instagram A fan named Louise praised Martin after the update as she said: "Show would never be the same if u ever left!". The presenter shared a reassuring update as he responded: "PS I’m not planning to any time soon."Dan posted: "Hopefully there’ll be another 20 years of HUTH as well. Love it Martin.
