Another said they saw a "red van" outside their block of flats - and a girl getting into the vehicle with a bag of clothes on May 8, the day Louise was last seen alive.
Twenty five bouquets of flowers have now been laid at the entrance to Havant Thicket - a dense woodland where the tragic teenager’s body was found. Family friend Jackie Meredith laid a bouquet yesterday and urged police to find Louise’s killer.
