He was a criminal who was lawfully killed. The state owes this family nothing.
It’s a civil case which requires a decision on the balance of probabilities - 51% proof (more likely than unlikely). The second decision will be how much money will be awarded in damages. Both results will be interesting.
The Inquest verdict basically said that if you had a gun at any time the police were pursuing you they can kill you even if you didn't have it when they shot you. I guess the London police have low eyesight requirements. Unjust Justice here is what it is.
