THE SON of the first man on the Moon wants to follow in his father's footsteps and hopes his family could be among the first lunar settlers. When Neil Armstrong made his era-defining 'small step for man' on July 21, 1969, 600 million people watched in awe around the world.

"A sight-seeing trip would be wonderful, but if I were to go into space I'd like to have a job to do. I would go, but I'd hate to leave my family behind.His suggestion, however light-hearted, follows a very real $1.6billion cash injection for Nasa by the administration of US President Dondald Trump aimed at putting man firmly back on the Moon by 2024.
