Charles Leclerc has let slip that Carlos Sainz is in-demand as he searches for an F1 drive for 2025.

’s shock decision to quit Mercedes and join Ferrari next year has left Sainz unemployed and seeking a drive elsewhere on the grid.

While praising his teammate’s impressive performances, Leclerc let slip that Sainz has “many” admirers in the paddock. “And that’s why I’ve said many times that I’m not too worried about his future, because I’m sure that many, many team principals are… He doesn’t say it, but for sure they are speaking with him.

“I think for the people who know him, know what he’s capable of doing, know his effort level, his approach and dedication to wanting to be one of the best, exactly like he’s proved today and over the last couple of weeks.
