Manchester United legend Nicky Butt has been banned from driving after he admitted to breaking a motorcyclist's leg when he smashed into him in his Range Rover.
Mr Fielden was injured as a result and suffered a broken leg - which had metal rods inserted - and bruising.He admitted to causing serious injury by careless driving at Blackburn Magistrates' Court today. Mr Fielden chose not to give a victim statement and said in the past that he does not have any 'ill feeling' towards Butt.
Prosecutor Graeme Tindall said: 'What appears to have happened is a number of vehicles pass what appears to look like a HGV.
