Manchester City have been crowned Premier League champions for the fourth time in eight seasons after coming from behind to beat Brighton on the final day

Pep Guardiola’s side held off the challenge of Liverpool, who beat Wolves 2-0, as City held their nerve at the Amex Stadium to record a 14th successive league victory, meaning they end the season on 98 points – two short of their record total last season.
