A man who was vaping on board a train to Manchester racially abused a fellow passenger who asked him to stop, police have revealed.
A CCTV image of a man officers want to speak with has also been published, as the force issued an appeal for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.It happened on board a train from Horwich Parkway to Deansgate station in central Manchester in May, but details have only just been released.
