Manchester United have informed Getafe they desire to sell Mason Greenwood on a permanent transfer if they receive an appropriate offer for the player in the summer window.
Getafe have been delighted with their loan signing of Greenwood and their manager, Jose Bordalas, has praised the forward in media appearances during the campaign.ALSO READ: United just won two trophies with help from Phil Jones "But Manchester United’s idea is to sell if there is a good offer, so we will have to wait. But I hope he is going to stay."
Greenwood is under contract at United until 2025 and the club has the option of an additional year, but his loan is about to expire and a decision on his future looms.
