Man United given three points why they could sign Araujo and why they shouldn't

Manchester United have reportedly been handed a boost if they wish to sign Barcelona centre-back Ronald Araujo this summer.

They are also aware of centre-backs, including Pau Cubarsi, in their academy who are ready to step up into the first team if called upon next season. However, the worrying reality for potential suitors such as United is that the player's drop in form this campaign has done nothing to encourage Barca to keep hold of their man beyond the summer.Araujo has made 35 appearances for the La Liga giants this season but has struggled to impress.

Ronald has also saved us many times on many occasions." However, after such an underwhelming season for the Reds, it is a risky strategy to purchase a player who is currently out of form himself.
