A 28-year-old man has died after being shot at a huge gathering in an east London park

Police rushed to Cheney Row Park in Waltham Forest at about 12.30am after receiving reports that shots had been fired.The other man, who is in his 30s, had stab wounds. He has been discharged but arrested over the incident.

"I believe there were 50 to 100 people gathered in and around Cheney Row Park at the time of the shooting with music playing.
