A man who doused Tommy Robinson in McDonald’s milkshake claims it ‘slipped’ out of his hand.
Robinson is heard telling him ‘you’ve come over very aggressively’ right before Danyal launches his drink. A man filming the encounter then shouts ‘that’s what you get for being a fascist’ as Robinson looks to the camera with his face and blazer now covered in thick pink liquid.Danyal later said he was the ‘only Asian guy’ in the street, where Robinson was canvassing for support ahead of the European elections.He told Asian Image: ‘I just got annoyed with him. A milkshake “slipped” out of my hand.‘I feel a bit shaken up and shocked to be honest.
Someone else threw a milkshake at him in Bury on Tuesday. Robinson later described them as ‘some Muslim supporter’.
