Man in his 20s stabbed to death in Ilford, east London

Police have launched an"urgent investigation" after a man in his 20s was stabbed to death in Ilford, east London.

The victim was attacked in Cranbrook Road shortly before 8.50pm and died at the scene, despite efforts of paramedics to resuscitate him.No arrests have been made and Scotland Yard said officers were working to identify the man and inform his family.More follows...
