No, police are looking for any witnesses to the crash or anyone with dashcam footage.A spokesperson for police said: "Lancashire Police are appealing for witnesses and dashboard mounted camera footage following a serious road traffic collision in Burnley.
"It happened near to a section of roadworks on Accrington Road, Burnley, at 8.40am today when a VW Polo car was in collision with a pedestrian. "As a result, the pedestrian - a man in his 20s - suffered serious injuries and is being treated at the Royal Preston Hospital."
