Man fed-up with police cuts smokes joint outside base to make a point

This man was so fed-up with the lack of police in his neighbourhood that he walked up to his local police office and smoked a joint outside.

‘I went down to Walthamstow Market yesterday and didn’t see one police officer all day even though the market was pretty packed.

They are smoking joints on the streets in London and the police stand there and watch so police cuts don't make any difference but being a much better police force might
