A man has won a £3.5m house in the plush neighbourhood known as Cheshire's footballers' paradise for just £25.
When Kevin, who served in the Royal Navy for 11 years on submarines as a weapons engineer, found out he had won the prize he opened a special 18-year-old bottle of whisky he'd been saving for a "special occasion". Kevin said he 'loves' the area as he frequently travels up north to watch City play 'whenever he can' and the prize will help improves his family's lives. Kevin said: "My mum was born in Greater Manchester - so this is a bit of a homecoming really. She already has her eye on the room with the walk-in wardrobe.
The luxury house is situated in one of the UKs most sought after areas. Prestbury, a picturesque village known for its high-end shops, restaurants and schools, is just a short stroll away from the stunning property. The master suite even features a night kitchen complete with a built-in fridge. Kevin's massive win has also contributed significantly to a greater cause.
