Manchester City have one final match this season where they can secure a historic double-double following last week's Premier League title win.
City have raised millions in recent years from player sales to boost their transfer budget, including more than £100m in academy departures. Even without the £42m raised by selling Cole Palmer, City have sold a number of youngsters for more than £10m each - such as Romeo Lavia, Shea Charles, Sam Edozie, Carlos Borges and James Trafford.
Similarly, Callum Doyle has just helped Leicester return to the Premier League. Doyle got to the Championship play-off final last term with Coventry so would be another young English defender attracting suitors. Doyle may command a similar fee to Harwood-Bellis given he has a City contract until 2027.
