A man has been charged after allegedly coughing on his work colleagues and telling them ‘I’m going to give you all the coronavirus’.
The 40-year-old Spanish national will appear in court accused of intentionally causing injury to 22 people. Police said they launched an investigation after an outbreak of Covid at the company where the man worked in Majorca.He went for a Covid test before visiting a gym and returned to work the next day – despite displaying no signs of improvement, police say.When his bosses told him to go home after he allegedly returned a temperature of 40C, the man refused.
