A man has been charged with attempted murder after two people were stabbed at a house in Nottingham. Police were called to Harrow Road, Wollaton, Nottingham, at around 8.20pm on Thursday, March 14, after reports of an assault.
A man and a woman suffered stab wounds and are being treated in hospital. James O’Connor, aged 27, has been charged with two counts of attempted murder. O’Connor, of Harrow Road, Wollaton, appeared at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, April 16, and was remanded into custody. He is due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Friday, April 12.Nottinghamshire Police previously said in a statement that they believe the incident to be isolated, with no wider risk to the public. The home remained cordoned off on Friday, March 15, with a police car parked outside the property.
