I have this really good intuition now where I feel if people are adding value into my life and if I'm adding value to theirs. I think we get quite lost in the numbers of people we have around us, we focus on quantity over quality.I think you naturally shift people out of your life, you lose touch with them and then make new friends that are on your frequency.

You've got to be ruthless to be good to yourself. You've got to do what's best for you at the end of the day. I always talk about being selfish in a good way – not being selfish by hurting someone but being selfish by protecting yourself.
